BCA: GUIDEBOOK

Linked below is an original guidebook design I created while employed at BCA Financial Services. 

 

For this project, I had previously designed an instructor-led training course in Storyline 360 that required a guidebook for the instructor to know what to say, when to say, and what to expect next in the presentation.

 

The guidebook is designed in a way that allows any instructor to lead the course - whether it's their first time or their 100th time. This guidebook template was then used to create similar guides for all other instructor-led courses in BCA's New Hire Training curriculum.
